1. Our Promise

We want you to be happy with your headshots. If the AI results don't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.

2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Basic & Pro Plans (One-Time Purchase)

The Free plan is free. There is nothing to refund.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at contact@headshotcraft.com with:

• Your account email address.
• Date of purchase.
• Reason for the refund request (this helps us improve).

Response time: Within 2 business days. Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

4. What We'll Try First

Before issuing a refund, we may offer:

• Free re-generation with different styles or settings.
• Credit toward a future purchase.
• Tips for uploading a better source photo (lighting, angle, resolution).

You're always free to decline these alternatives and proceed with the refund request.

5. Exceptions — No Refunds For

• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading photos without consent, prohibited content).
• Requests made significantly outside the refund window without exceptional circumstances.
• Dissatisfaction with AI quality after downloading and using 50+ headshots.

6. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first:

• Your account may be suspended pending resolution.
• We will provide transaction evidence to your bank.
• We may terminate your account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent.

We strongly prefer to resolve billing issues directly. Please email us first — we're responsive and fair.

7. Stripe Payment Security

All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your full card details.
