This Refund Policy applies to paid purchases on HeadshotCraft (headshotcraft.com), operated by Nextfield Labs LLC.
1. Our Promise
We want you to be happy with your headshots. If the AI results don't meet your expectations, we'll make it right.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Basic & Pro Plans (One-Time Purchase)

2.3 Free Plan
The Free plan is free. There is nothing to refund.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@headshotcraft.com with:
- Your account email address.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request (this helps us improve).
Response time: Within 2 business days. Processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.
4. What We'll Try First
Before issuing a refund, we may offer:
- Free re-generation with different styles or settings.
- Credit toward a future purchase.
- Tips for uploading a better source photo (lighting, angle, resolution).
You're always free to decline these alternatives and proceed with the refund request.
5. Exceptions — No Refunds For
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g., uploading photos without consent, prohibited content).
- Requests made significantly outside the refund window without exceptional circumstances.
- Dissatisfaction with AI quality after downloading and using 50+ headshots.
6. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first:
- Your account may be suspended pending resolution.
- We will provide transaction evidence to your bank.
- We may terminate your account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent.
We strongly prefer to resolve billing issues directly. Please email us first — we're responsive and fair.
7. Stripe Payment Security
All payments are processed through Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never see or store your full card details.
